BARNWOOD’s premiere installation exhibited over 200 original drawings, photographs, paintings, ceramics and artwork of other mediums from dozens of queer artists based in New York’s Hudson Valley, New York City and beyond. A celebration of the male form from nude to lewd, the show was dedicated to two things: Promoting the talents of the exhibiting artists and pricing their work affordably so that guests could support them. Hosted in a rustic Ulster County hay barn whose hand-hewn beams date back to the 1850’s, BARNWOOD allowed for nearly 200 guests to respect COVID precautions around masks and social distancing while still enjoying (and purchasing) this unique collection of work.

BARNWOOD Fall 2020 included work from renowned and emerging artists Sedgwick Guth, Richard Taddei, William Noonan, Nathan Gwirtz, Benjamin Seamen, Scribbles Jensen, Stephan Hengst, Jay Blotcher, Luke Benicase and others.
