Pink Stallion DMCA Policy
Mirepoix Enterprises, LLC (“dba Pink Stallion”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Applicable Law

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Pink Stallion or to products you purchase through Pink Stallion shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Pink Stallion intellectual property rights, Pink Stallion may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New York, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
