We’re excited to welcome @chrisburned of Hudson We’re excited to welcome @chrisburned of Hudson as our special guest instructor for Men’s Yoga this Sunday, February 22 at 3p at The Yoga House in Kingston. Chris completed his yoga teacher training at Sadhana Center in Hudson and volunteer teaches with MovingPotential. He lives in Hudson with his husband and cat, and we’re thrilled that he’s coming down to Kingston to join us! His focus is on mindful movement, and he incorporates breathwork, meditation, slow movements and deep stretching in his practice.
